Easy DVD to VCD Burner is an application which allows users to rip DVD discs and burn them into VCD and SVCD discs. This application is very easy to use. To begin with, launch the program and select the first step which is called ‘Rip DVD movie’. Then you will see a window, which suggests you to browse a DVD and select a title. Normally, if you want to rip a movie, you need to select the title with the longest time duration. Then you choose the output format and frame rate. There are several output formats, which support Mpeg1, Mpeg2 and Mpeg4 methods of compression. If you select AVI format for the output file you will need to select an audio codec and adjust video compression settings. You should also choose the volume size (60, 70 or 80 minutes disc) and specify the output directory and file name. Within the input settings you can specify the video’s angle, subtitle's language and some audio options. The output settings allow you to edit professional settings of the output file. Then you can start the process of ripping.
To burn VCD or SVCD you need to come back to the start window and click on the corresponding button, then just open your converted file and burn it.
